Please note that Medicare fees vary depending upon type of consult. If you are having a telephone or video telehealth consult, please contact our reception for eligible Medicare rebates. Patient’s that have not had a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months are not eligible to claim Medicare.
Cancellations and Punctuality:
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
- Please be punctual for all appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or missed consultations.
Payment Policy:
- Payment is required on the day of your appointment. We do not bulk bill.
- For future appointments, pre-payment may be required if previous payments are overdue.
- Overseas patients must pre-pay appointments. An invoice will be sent prior.
