We offer telehealth consultations by phone or secure video for patients who do not live locally. We use the Healthdirect video platform for online consultations.
A permanent link to our telehealth service is available on the Patient Informa tion page of our website (under Patient Information → Telehealth Links) and is als o included in your initial intake email.
For video consultations, please join the Healthdirect virtual waiting room via the link provided and your practitioner will connect with you when ready.

For phone consultations, please advise our reception team when booking and confirm your preferred contact number, your practitioner will call you at the scheduled time.

Payment details are required at the time of booking for all telehealth appointments.
